Our Story

More than just chiropractic:

"In 2021, I founded Optimum Chiropractic with a clear mission: to elevate the level of chiropractic care in Mobile and provide a true solution to spinal pathology and dysfunction. Born and raised in Mobile, I’ve always been passionate about helping my community live healthier, pain-free lives. Through years of education and clinical experience, I saw a gap in the way spinal conditions were being treated—too often, symptoms were addressed while the underlying biomechanical issues remained unresolved.

I built Optimum Chiropractic on the principle that there is no chemical (pharmacologic) solution to a mechanical problem. Medication may mask pain, but it doesn’t correct the root cause. My approach focuses on identifying and treating biomechanical dysfunction, restoring proper movement, and optimizing spinal health. Whether recovering from an injury or seeking to improve mobility and function, my goal is to provide lasting results through evidence-based chiropractic care.

At Optimum Chiropractic, I strive to bring a higher standard of care to Mobile—one that not only alleviates pain but also enhances long-term health and well-being."
